The following information details the products and services we provide, what we charge for our services and the process to follow should you have cause for complaint. The following terms and conditions must be read in conjunction with the order you accept from us.
This Website is owned and maintained by Proctor Car Sales Limited. Every effort is made to present the most recent and accurate information on our website at all times. We try to ensure that all pricing on the website is accurate, however on occasion errors may occur. We reserve the right to amend errors or make changes to the website without prior notice. All images on the website are for illustration purposes only and all vehicles are new unless specified otherwise. All prices quoted are for business leasing and exclude VAT. Personal quotes are available on request.
We will provide a quotation based on your needs as you describe them to us. We will not be liable if you fail to specify any extras or options over and above the standard equipment on the vehicle. For the avoidance of doubt all quotes will be issued in writing and are valid for 14 days from the date of issue but may only be valid while stocks last. We reserve the right to withdraw a quotation at any time. This may be because of, but shall not be limited to changes in manufacturer’s pricing, money costs, residual values or maintenance budget reviews. The funding products we offer are fixed rated, fixed term contracts; however, this does not preclude the rentals varying due to fluctuations in the rate of VAT, Corporation or other taxes. The Terms and Conditions of any contract that you sign with a lender will contain exact details of the circumstances in which payments or rentals may be varied. Information we may supply on lead times are estimates only and are subject to change by the manufacturer. Proctor Car Sales Limited has no control or influence over manufacturer lead times and will not accept any responsibility for any losses or inconvenience caused if the vehicle supply is delayed by the manufacturer.
Upon receipt of your signed order a £500 deposit may be required. A £5,000.00 deposit will be required for high value, high specification vehicles. Upon receipt of your deposit we will then place your order with our supplying dealer. Any handwritten amendments to your order will not be acknowledged. Proctor Car Sales Limited reserves the right to change the price of the vehicle after an order is placed due to a manufacturer price increase. Proctor Car Sales Limited shall notify you of the change and you have the right to withdraw your order if the change is not acceptable. By signing your order, you agree to proceed with a credit application. The information provided on your credit application must be truthful and accurate. We use a carefully selected panel of finance lenders and as part of the process of obtaining finance your credit application details will be passed to one of our finance partners who will undertake credit searches with a credit reference agency and a record of this search will be documented on your credit file. We may receive payment should you enter into a contractual agreement with the finance provider we have introduced you to.

Proctor Car Sales Limited takes both the collection & protection of your business and personal information extremely seriously. Proctor Car Sales Limited declares that all information will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the legal provisions concerning data protection.
Proctor Car Sales Limited will not use your personal information for any other purpose than individual customer care, the supply and delivery of your written quotation/order and to assist with the ongoing prevention of fraud. For this purpose, the information you submit may be stored and processed by Proctor Car Sales Limited. We will not retain any financial information for any longer than is necessary.
Registration & Delivery
Upon receipt of correctly completed and signed contract documentation we will contact you to arrange driven delivery of the vehicle to your chosen (UK mainland) destination. Transported delivery may be available upon request and will incur an additional cost payable by you. We may require a copy of a valid insurance certificate prior to delivery and you must ensure that your insurance covers leased vehicles. If your agreement has a ‘cooling off’ period the vehicle will not be delivered until this has expired.
Should you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery you must inform us in writing. If you are a regulated customer you may exercise your rights afforded to you under the Consumer Credit Act 1974, The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, The Financial Services (Distance Marketing) Regulations 2004 or the Consumer Credit Directive 2011 to cancel the finance agreement. We reserve the right to levy a charge of three months rental should you fail to take delivery of the vehicle. This is to cover the losses we are likely to suffer in disposing of the vehicle.
